  • Berpengalaman di Hotel 4/5 Star, Bakery Factory/Manufacture Bakery/Cake Shop, atau Bakery Factory Franchise Branded (lebih diutamakan)

  • Menguasai Produk Baking & Pastry (Bread, Cake, Viennoiserie)

  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai Baking Science & Technology
