Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing campaigns that strengthen brand identity and drive growth
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations
- Translate brand positioning into creative concepts, messaging, and storytelling
- Work closely with social media, marketing team, and sales teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with KOLs, creators, and partners to build impactful brand moments
- Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to optimize future strategies
- Ensure all campaigns stay consistent with the brand voice, values, and visual identity
- Continuously explore new marketing ideas, formats, and digital trends
Requirements:
- Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG industry is a big plus
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign development
- Able to turn ideas into clear strategies and actionable plans
- Creative thinker with strong strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
