- Develop product positioning and value proposition for priority orthopedic products.
- Translate technical product information and clinical logic into clear commercial messaging.
- Prepare GTM messaging briefs for new product launches and priority product campaigns.
- Build product story, target-user narrative, use-case narrative, differentiator messaging, and competitor messaging.
- Support Product Commercial Sheet content by contributing indication, target user, key message, product value, and use-case narrative.
- Collaborate with Product / Clinical Content team to ensure messaging is aligned with technical dossier and available evidence.
- Provide messaging input for Sales Enablement materials, while Sales Enablement remains the owner of RM tools, training kits, objection scripts, and certification process.
- Support Commercial Strategy Lead in launch communication and campaign messaging.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Medical-related field, or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, healthcare marketing, medical device, pharma, B2B marketing, brand/product communication, or related fields.
- Strong writing, storytelling, presentation, and messaging capability.
- Able to translate technical information into simple, credible, and commercially useful messages.
- Understands basic segmentation, targeting, positioning, and go-to-market thinking.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, pharma, orthopedic, or technical B2B product marketing is a strong plus.
- Not a pure designer-only or social-media-only profile; this role requires commercial thinking and product messaging capability.
- Comfortable working with Product, Commercial Strategy, Sales Enablement, KOL/Event, and Sales teams. - Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
