HSE Site Officer – Project Based

We are looking for an experienced HSE Site Officer / HSE Site Executive to support project site operations and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment standards in accordance with company policies, project requirements, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE programs at project site.

• Conduct safety inspections, safety patrols, hazard identification, and risk assessment.

• Ensure all site activities comply with HSE procedures and project requirements.

• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, checklists, and project safety documentation.

• Conduct safety induction, toolbox meeting, and HSE briefing.

• Monitor unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and follow up corrective actions.

• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, near misses, and environmental issues.

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and related departments.

• Monitor environmental aspects, including waste management and pollution control.

• Support internal and external audits related to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as HSE Officer / HSE Site in project, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

• Familiar with HIRADC, JSA, risk assessment, permit to work, safety induction, toolbox meeting, and emergency response procedures.

• Good communication, coordination, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Having AK3 Umum certification will be an advantage.

• Prior experience as a Management Representative for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or SMK3 will be highly preferred.

• Willing to work on project-based assignment and be placed at any project site as required by the company.
