PT. AIMIX provides a wide range of equipment solutions for the construction, infrastructure, mining, and logistics industries, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service.
We are currently looking for a communicative, target-driven, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and grow with us.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage sales prospects and customer data using the CRM system and conduct regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through online and offline communication.
Conduct customer visits, present products, identify customer needs, recommend suitable equipment solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes, product deliveries, and after-sales support.
Complete assigned tasks, prepare reports, and perform other duties as assigned by the Management team.
Job Qualification:
Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial equipment industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Willing to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
