Position Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers while positioning and delivering economic and value-related solutions in order to achieve sales target in each regions.
Responsibilities:
Accomplish targeted sales and increases the market share.
Set up short-term and long-term sales strategies to ensure business growth.
Analyze and develop sales forecasts for business planning by account and submit to management and prepare sales reports and documents as required.
Maintain a front-line presence for the customer experience, assisting service team for troubleshooting and report product complaint issues
Provides strong support to and communication with internal stakeholders to support business growth;
Make preplanned sales presentations and demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare professionals.
Identify customer needs and recommend new products to address them.
Execute contract and/or tender management activities.
Develop new customers and product focused presentation packages for sales.
Promote and coordinate Professional Education activities extensively to enhance the knowledge of healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience within the medical device or healthcare industry
Self leadership in time and territory management
Have commercial knowledge and experience matched with sense of urgency
Innovative, flexible, independent, curious, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and high ethical standards
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build professional credibility and respect with business partners
Good communication skill, fluent in English, presentation, and MS office skills
Previous experience working with infection control, sterilization processes, or medical devices is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Ability to travel within assigned region and attend customer meetings and training sessions.
