FINNS Beach Club is seeking for a vibrant and dynamic Reservation to bring their energy and enthusiasm to create unforgettable service and party experiences for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests from all over the globe, helping them curate their ultimate day in paradise.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online booking systems
Provide information about club amenities, services, availability, and rates
Assist guests in making, modifying, and canceling reservations
Ensure accurate entry of reservation details into the booking system
Communicate special requests or preferences to relevant departments (e.g., seating preferences, dietary restrictions)
Upsell additional services or packages to enhance the guest experience
Resolve guest inquiries, issues, or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of club policies, events, and promotions
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with reservation systems and booking software
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Upselling and cross-selling capabilities to maximize venue revenue
Strong conflict-resolution and guest problem-solving skills
Basic phone etiquette and professional email writing standards
