About the Role

  1. Support daily sales operations by coordinating with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipment processes.

  2. Prepare and manage sales and shipping documents, including invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, packing lists, and other related documentation. Experience with export-import documents is an advantage but not mandatory.

  3. Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any shipping-related issues.

  4. Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and delivery progress while maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

  5. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, shipping documentation, and customer information.

  6. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with overseas customers, suppliers, and business partners.

  7. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  2. Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with experience as a Sales Assistant, Export-Import Staff, Logistics Staff, Shipping Staff, Customer Service, or related positions are encouraged to apply.

  3. Good English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory. Candidates should be able to communicate confidently and explain their previous job responsibilities in English.

  4. Experience coordinating with freight forwarders or logistics companies for domestic shipments is required. Experience handling international shipments is a plus.

  5. Experience preparing and handling sales or shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, or export-import documentation is preferred.

  6. Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  8. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  9. Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic international trading environment.
