Software Developer Ruby on Rails

Role Overview

You will design, develop, and document software solutions based on Ruby on Rails and Vue.js. You will be part of an agile team that values regular exchange, mutual support, and joint learning. This position can be worked 100% from home, so you can work from anywhere in Germany.

What You Will Do

You will use modern KI-coding tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar assistants as a fixed part of your workflow. You will develop guidelines for an efficient and future-proof AI-first workflow, so that new tools can create real productivity.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You have a good completed degree in computer science or a related MINT subject. You have first-hand practical experience in web development and want to further develop your knowledge in a real product environment. Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is ideal, but not a must if you are willing to learn with curiosity and willingness to learn in our stack.

Requirements

• Good completed degree in computer science or a related MINT subject
• First-hand practical experience in web development
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails (ideal, but not a must)
• Basic understanding of algorithms and data structures
• First contact with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate safely in German, at least on C1 level
