Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve sales targets, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, service, and administrative functions.
Manage, mentor, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Monitor financial performance and take proactive measures to achieve profit goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and propose strategic initiatives to increase branch competitiveness.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
Min. S1 in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Min. 5 years experience in a managerial role within the heavy equipment or related industry.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of heavy equipment products, particularly agricultural, is an advantage.
Willingness to be placed in Merauke or Papua Area.
