Sourcing Merchandising (Product Development)

We are looking for several positions under Product Development team including:

1. Sourcing Merchandising (Footwear)

2. Quality Assurance (Footwear & Apparel)

3. DC Quality Check (Footwear, Accessories & Apparel)

Sourcing Merchandisng Key Responsibilities:

• Trend-Driven Product Development
  Research and develop products that align with emerging market trends and evolving consumer needs.

• Strategic Sourcing
  Identify and secure materials and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely production.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Partner with the design team and suppliers to refine collections, ensuring samples meet brand standards and gain approval.

• Collection Presentation
  Arrange and present product collections to brand stakeholders for selection and final approval.

• Order Management & Production Oversight
  Place purchase orders and manage the full process from sampling through to final production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Quality Assurance Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control standards across retail merchandise.

• Conduct inspections and product testing to ensure compliance with company specifications.

• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

• Maintain documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

• Train retail staff on quality procedures to ensure consistency across locations.

• Monitor regulatory compliance and update processes as needed.

• Support sourcing by developing and evaluating materials for footwear aligned with market trends.

• Partner with sourcing and merchandising teams to align QA activities with business goals.
