Title: Sales Marketing FoodLocker
Working Location: South Jakarta, Head Office
Working Days: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00 WIB
Employee Status: 12 months contract under Adecco Indonesia (Renewable/Extendable)
OVERVIEW
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Real Estate, or a related field.
Field Sales Experience: Proven track record in field sales, with a strong emphasis on selling directly to small business owners, operators, or independent merchants.
Industry Preference: Prior experience working within the commercial real estate sector or the vending machine/automated retail industry is highly preferred.
Language Skills: At least basic professional working proficiency in English (capable of basic workplace communication).

Data-Driven Mindset: Strong capability to utilize data to guide sales strategies, track performance metrics, and optimize territory deployment.
Target-Oriented: Results-driven and highly motivated to aggressively meet and exceed deployment and sales targets.
Self-Discipline & Autonomy: Excellent time management and self-discipline, with the ability to work effectively and independently in the field.
Sales Tools: Experience working with digital sales management CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is highly preferred.
