Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase goods, materials, and services based on operational requirements.
Request and compare quotations from suppliers to obtain the best quality and pricing.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time.
Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Coordinate with Store, Kitchen, Finance, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements.
Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining adequate inventory.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Ensure all purchasing documents are complete and properly filed.
Assist in cost-saving initiatives and supplier evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, preferably in Hospitality, Restaurant, Hotel, or F&B industry.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience using purchasing or inventory systems is an advantage.
Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
