About the role
PT. Morialand Berkat Cemerlang is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Supervisor to join our dynamic Digital & Search Marketing team. This is a full-time position based in Bali, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our e-commerce operations. As E-Commerce Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all e-commerce channels. This role is pivotal to our company's digital transformation strategy and will directly impact our revenue and market position.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily e-commerce platform operations such as OTA's like Airbnb, Expedia, CTrip etc, ensuring optimal website performance and user experience
Listing to the OTA's : Airbnb, B-com, C-trip etc
Manage and optimise product listings, inventory management, and pricing strategies across all online sales channels
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing initiatives
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events
Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure timely product availability and competitive pricing
Supervise and mentor e-commerce team members, including customer service representatives and digital marketing staff
Analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth
Ensure compliance with e-commerce best practices, data protection regulations, and platform guidelines
Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance for senior management
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management in hospitality industry or Bali Property Management
Proven track record of successfully managing online sales channels and driving revenue growth
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising tools, and marketing automation software
Proficiency in data analytics and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms
Excellent understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional language skills are advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience with inventory management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is preferred
