As a Sales Executive (Alam Sutera), you will become a trusted consultant for customers visiting our gallery. You will welcome clients, understand their design and project requirements, guide them through our premium product collections, and recommend the most suitable solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field is preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales of luxury or premium products, preferably in building materials such as sanitary ware, tiles/ceramics, home appliances, lighting, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Target-oriented with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customers' requirements and provide personalized product recommendations based on their needs.
Present and explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to closing the sale.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and basic sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the company's premium brand standards.
