RESPONSIBILITY :
Install, configure, test and maintain/monitoring systems, application software and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Provide 1st level support
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Strong technical and analytical mindset with in-depth understanding of how web and mobile application stacks work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
REQUIREMENT :
Willing to work at Overseas with shift (must!).
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Support or related organization.
Mandatory: Have knowledge on Ticketing System (like Jira)
Solid Cloud experience, preferably in GCP and AWS
Experience with monitoring systems
Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
A technical, logical thought process
An ability to stick to strict deadlines
An ability to prioritize and delegate
A keen eye for detail
