Job Description
Accounting, HR and General Administration
Handle day to day finance, accounting, HR and general administration of the Company, enabling proper running of the Company’s operation while safeguarding the assets and properties of the Company:
Handle accurate processing, communication and recording of sales invoices
Work hand-in-hand with sales department on timely collection of accounts receivables;
Timely processing of all vendor invoices and payment arrangement, ensuring invoices recorded and payment arranged are for valid business transaction, duly approved and adequately supported by proper supporting documents such as faktor pajak, delivery notes, PO, shipping documents, etc.
Tracking attendance and leave records and report on a timely manner
Supporting staff hiring when necessary
Supporting payroll and other local HR related matters from time to time
Assist in banking activities
Supporting day to day accounting operation including maintaining accounting system (Accurate promptly and ensuring timely completion of month end and year end closing in accordance with SOP;
Ensure preparation of accurate and complete monthly management accounting report, including proper reconciliation of inter-company balances, and timely submission to HQ Management; where appropriate, to work hand in hand with the professional service provider.
Manage monthly tax reporting and yearly tax submission by working closely with tax agent, ensuring the timely refund or payment of VAT, corporate tax and etc;
Work closely with local and HQ management in coordinating and preparing the yearly budget and quarterly forecast.
Accurate and timely financial performance analysis such as comparison of actual results with budgeted result and reporting reason for variances promptly;
Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant, professional service provider and bankers in ensuring smooth running and maintain full compliance with statutory requirements.
Qualifications & experience
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or Finance; CA, ACCA or CPA qualification is desire.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written, to support communication with regional stakeholders.
At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment;
Good computer skill (Excel, Word and familiar with accounting software like Accurate)
Self-starter, able to work independently without supervision
Able to multi-task
Attention to detail and meticulous
Determined, honest and with good integrity
Familiar with Indonesia Tax law, Companies Ordinance, Labour Law, import and export regulations and liaison with bankers (added advantage).
