Sales Manager

PT. Rent Indonesia Asia, a leading rental company specializing in heavy equipment for commercial and construction projects, is expanding its operations in Neglasari, Tangerang, Banten. With a growing demand for efficient and reliable rental solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the construction and commercial sectors.

- Managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, and ensuring performance targets are met.

- Analyzing sales data to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.

- Organizing and leading team meetings to foster collaboration and set clear objectives.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is required

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management within the construction or commercial equipment industry.

• Strong skills in sales strategy, communication, sales management, sales planning, performance management, and team management.

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to work under pressure.

• Fluent in English

• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred

• Proficient in using Microsoft (especially Microsoft Excel)

• Have an active license of A and C
