URGENT HIRING – Project Coordinator
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project execution from the Engineering, Procurement, Production, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), through to Delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Purchasing, Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Logistics, and Classification Society to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within specifications, and in compliance with quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Manage project documentation, including engineering drawings, FAT reports, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Operation & Maintenance Manuals, certificates, and customer handover documentation.
Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or in a similar role within the Marine, Manufacturing, or Engineering industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and manage several projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project will be considered an advantage.
