About us
Studio Kamboja is a custom tailoring service in Seminyak, Bali. We help customers of both genders design the clothes they want, whether that be casual or formalwear. Our skilled tailors then construct quality, well-fitting garments based on each customer's unique body measurements. We also offer garment alterations.
About the role
We are looking for a manager to lead our social media, marketing, and relationships management activities in a full-time capacity (5 or 6 days a week - we are open Monday to Saturday). Please note that this role is on-site only.
This is a senior role for someone who is comfortable operating across business strategy, creative direction, planning, and execution. At present this is the only social media role in our team of 10 people, so we are looking for someone who is willing to be hands on.
You will work closely with the Lead Director, particularly with regards to strategy and planning - however, over time you will execute more autonomously. You will also work with our external marketing advisors on strategy, as well as our time-limited advisor on SEO optimisation.
Key responsibilities
Strategy and planning
Contribute to setting the strategy for future social media and marketing campaigns, informed by insights from social media analytics
Lead development of the monthly marketing plan, with clear links to the strategy
Create and maintain live planning documents (e.g. content calendars)
Content creation
Capture and edit content on a daily basis (on our Fujifilm XS20 and iPhone 17 Pro Max) in line with our established brand and visual identity
Write copy for all content in line with our established strategy and brand identity
Schedule and publish content consistently
Partnerships, advertising & offline marketing
Manage relationships with our Key Opinion Leaders, marketing advisors, and other collaborators
Lead development of content for ads
Manage digital advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok, including oversight of Google Reviews
Lead other marketing activities as per our strategy
Analytics & reporting
Regularly review social media analytics and marketing budget effectiveness
Adjust strategies to optimise performance
Proactively provide insights and recommendations to the Lead Director and Head of Operations
Prepare monthly reports covering marketing, social media, public relations activities, KPI performance, and strategic recommendations for the Board (with input from the external agency)
Compliance, risk & administration
Comply with all occupational health and safety protocols, Studio Kamboja SOPs, and applicable laws and regulations
Maintain organised and timely documentation and information sharing through approved systems, including daily uploads of content captured on
Key skills & attributes
Technical skills
(Mandatory) Fluent spoken and written English and Indonesian
Skilled in producing quality content in multiple formats, as demonstrated by portfolio
Skilled in using platforms such as Canva, CapCut, and (preferred but not required) Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Lightroom
Comfortable capturing content on mirrorless cameras, or learning quickly how to us them
Attributes
