Engineering Staff

Bali Management Villas is currently looking for an Engineering Staff to join our dynamic team and support daily villa operations by ensuring all engineering and maintenance needs are properly handled.

Range Basic Salary: IDR 4.000.000 - 4.500.000 per month

About the Role

As an Engineering Staff , you will be responsible for handling technical, maintenance, and repair works to ensure villas remain fully operational, safe, and comfortable for guests and owners. This role supports daily operations and responds to engineering-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs for villas (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general works).

• Ensure all engineering systems function properly and safely.

• Handle troubleshooting and emergency maintenance issues.

• Coordinate with management and villa staff regarding maintenance needs.

• Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and engineering inventory.

• Ensure villas are always in good condition and ready for operation.

• Report maintenance activities and issues accurately.

• Comply with company standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Engineering Staff or Maintenance Staff (villa, hotel, or property preferred).

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and general building maintenance.

• Experience in hospitality or villa management is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.

• Honest, responsible, and well-organized.

• Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours if needed.

• Basic communication skills in English are an advantage.
