A confidential company in the premium mattress and bedding industry is seeking a qualified and experienced HCGA Supervisor to oversee Human Capital and General Affairs functions at the Head Office. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective management of personnel administration, general affairs operations, and office facilities while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day Human Capital and General Affairs operations at the Head Office.
Oversee personnel administration, including employee database management, attendance, leave administration, employee transfers, and payroll administration.
Supervise the maintenance of office facilities, company assets, operational vehicles, and workplace environments to ensure smooth business operations.
Coordinate and monitor the performance of the HCGA support team, including Receptionists, Drivers, Office Support, and Security personnel.
Manage external vendors and service providers related to cleaning, security, transportation, office maintenance, and other operational services.
Prepare, monitor, and control the General Affairs operational budget to ensure cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
Support the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5R, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), and internal/external audit activities.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital and General Affairs, preferably in a supervisory position.
Strong understanding of personnel administration, payroll administration, labor law, and industrial relations.
Experience in managing office facilities, company assets, operational support services, and vendor management.
Proven leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
