Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Knowledgeable in financial reporting and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
- Review and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and monthly closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with government regulations.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Lead, train, and evaluate accounting staff to ensure productivity and professional development.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and internal controls.
- Perform other accounting and supervisory duties as assigned by management.
