We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to support the CEO in monitoring strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, consolidating management reports, and ensuring that key action plans are executed effectively.
This is an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute directly to strategic projects across ZUMA and other business ventures within the company.

You will also consolidate complex information into clear executive summaries, helping the CEO review progress, identify critical issues, and make informed decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable coordinating people, managing timelines, reviewing reports, analyzing business and campaign performance, and following up on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO in monitoring and coordinating strategic projects across business units.
Follow up on management directions, project deliverables, action items, and agreed timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed effectively and according to business priorities.
Consolidate project updates, meeting outcomes, operational reports, and campaign performance into clear executive summaries.
Provide regular updates to the CEO regarding project progress, key achievements, risks, delays, and issues requiring decisions.
Support strategic planning, process improvement, and internal system development initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, document key decisions, assign action items, and monitor completion.
Identify project bottlenecks, dependencies, and potential risks, and escalate critical matters when required.
Support the planning and coordination of digital advertising and marketing campaigns based on business objectives.
Assist in developing Burst Campaign and Evergreen Campaign strategies based on business needs.
Coordinate campaign planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor and analyze relevant campaign metrics, including reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, sales contribution, advertising spend, and return on ad spend.
Identify campaign insights, performance gaps, optimization opportunities, and recommended follow-up actions.
Ensure that management directions are clearly communicated and translated into structured action plans.
Maintain organized and accurate records of project documents, reports, decisions, meeting notes, and confidential business information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, strategic planning, business operations, digital marketing, PMO, or a related role.
Experience supporting senior management, a CEO Office, or cross-functional strategic projects is preferred.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
Able to consolidate complex information into concise, clear, and structured executive reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Basic understanding of digital advertising, campaign management, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, performance marketing, or digital campaigns is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Google Slides, and Word or Google Docs.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms is preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and consistent in following up on tasks.
Strong sense of urgency, ownership, accountability, and confidentiality.
Able to work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Willing to work on-site in Surabaya.
