Store Supervisor
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, leading and developing the team, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational standards. This role ensures that store goals are achieved while creating a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least six (6) months of experience as an Officer-in-Charge (OIC), Team Leader, Store Supervisor, Management Trainee, or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in coaching, motivating, and supervising a team
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred
