Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and products.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
- Transport materials to designated storage or production areas.
- Stack and arrange goods properly to maximize storage space.
- Inspect the forklift before and after each shift and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the forklift.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against delivery documents.
- Assist in inventory control by accurately storing and locating materials.
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or vocational graduate.
- With valid TESDA NC II – Forklift Operation or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Forklift Operator is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling procedures.
- Ability to operate different types of forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, or electric forklift is an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to lift or move materials when necessary.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays if required.
- Can work with minimal supervision and has a strong commitment to workplace safety.
