Sales Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to acquire or support new accounts.
• Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through defined stages.
• Collect and verify client information for job creation and sales processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups independently.
• Ensure pipeline data reflects current status.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients.
• Handle basic objections and questions within defined parameters.
• Escalate complex negotiations appropriately.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of sales, sales support, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong English communication skills with confidence in handling client interactions and
follow-ups.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting sales
operations.
