QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities.
Willing to travel for business trips when required.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and coordinate the Head of HR’s daily schedule and appointments.
Arrange meetings, business trips, and travel itineraries.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up on action items and deadlines.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of HR.
Accompany the Head of HR on business trips when necessary
