Role Overview
We are seeking graduates of allied health courses who are eager to begin a career in the call center industry. As part of our healthcare campaign, you will assist customers with medical-related inquiries, ensuring compassionate and accurate service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide support for healthcare-related concerns.
- Deliver accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2nd year college.
- Minimum of 6 months relevant BPO experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Background in allied health courses preferred.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City with shifting schedules.
