Role Overview
We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Solutions Consultant to join a dynamic customer support services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, and eager to build a meaningful international career.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic support, diagnose and resolve customer issues, and provide tailored guidance to clients.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency
