TECHNICIAN INSTRUMENTATION

Qualifications:           

• STM Senior high school (vocational) major instrumentation process control or Electronic with experience in instrumentation process control.

• D3 from electric (low current) and or electronic with experience in industrial instrumentation process control. 

• S1 for specific major e.g Teknik Fisika (Physical Technic) or fresh graduate can join. 

• S1 Electric (low current) or Electronic with in instrumentation process control

• Minimum 1-3 Years experienced in instrumentations

• For Gresik Domicile & surrounding areas will be a plus

• Experience in Electro Refinery will be a plus

• Experience in robotic maintenance will be a plus

• Understand how sensor and hydraulic maintenance works

• Understand basic instrument and control

• Understand how to work and maintain thermocouples 

• Understand how to work and maintain transmitter, flowmeter, valve and RTD

• Experience working in the smelter area is an added value

• Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC programming / PLC Rockwell as well as HART communication systems a must

• TIA Portal service and programming knowledge

• Profinet protocol knowledge

• Have experience related to drawing interpretation, as follows:

  • P&ID drawing 

  • Loop drawing 

  • Wiring drawing 

  • Pneumatic drawing 

  • Hydraulic drawing 

  • Electric drawing 

  • Logic drawing

Job Desc:

• Preventive Maintenance for all instrument equipment

• Preventive Maintenance for all Gas Detector

• Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly checks related to instrumentation maintenance

• Troubleshooting for any downtime that occurs for instrumentation tools

• Able to forecast the supply of instrumentation parts

• Create daily reports

• Ensure the work area meets K3 standards

• Maintain equipment operation at 98% running condition without breakdown

• Calibration of instrument equipment.

• Weekly inspection and/or calibration of instrument equipment during shutdown. 

• Minor repairs related to instrument equipment

• Troubleshoot for all instrument equipment

• New installation for instrument equipment
