Key Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Define the software architecture direction and ensure the team produces clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Team Mentorship: Conduct daily code reviews and help developers overcome technical challenges.
- Bridge to Business: Translate product requirements from the CEO/Product Manager into clear technical tasks for the team.
- System Stability: Manage infrastructure (Cloud/Docker) and ensure company data security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in an Engineering major
- Proficient in fullstack application development, including backend (Golang/Go) and frontend (Vue.js / React)
- Has experience using or customizing Odoo (module development)
- Understands backend architecture concepts such as RESTful APIs
- Experienced in database management (PostgreSQL or MongoDB)
- Understands authentication, authorization, and backend application security concepts
- Able to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
- Familiar with version control systems such as Git
- Understands AI implementation/integration in application development
- Based in Bandung, mobile, and willing to travel as needed
Additional Qualifications (Plus Point):
- Understands containerization concepts such as Docker and application deployment
