About Us
UniFresh is a subsidiary of Unimax, specializing in supplying fresh vegetables and fruits directly from farms to customers across the Philippines through TikTok Shop.
We are looking for energetic and responsible team members to help us expand our TikTok creator network and provide excellent customer support.
Job Responsibilities
1. Creator Outreach
- Search and identify suitable TikTok creators.
- Contact creators through TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Introduce UniFresh's affiliate program and collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain creator relationships and follow up on cooperation progress.
2. Affiliate Support
- Assist creators in joining our affiliate program.
- Help creators understand products, commissions and campaign mechanics.
- Answer daily inquiries from creators.
3. Customer Support
- Reply to customer inquiries through TikTok Shop and social media.
- Assist customers with product information, order status and after-sales issues.
- Escalate complex cases to the operations team when necessary.
4. Data & Reporting
- Maintain creator contact lists.
- Record outreach progress and cooperation status.
- Submit simple daily/weekly work reports.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills (Filipino is a plus).
- Familiar with TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Friendly, patient and responsible.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in customer service, sales or influencer marketing is preferred but not required.
Working Schedule
