Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who can take full ownership of a product, from defining the vision and product requirements to ensuring successful delivery and implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lean team, building products end-to-end, and driving both product strategy and execution

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage a product module within our SAAS ecosystem

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements from high-level PRD to detailed FSD

• Define product scope, user flows, system logic, and product specifications

• Work closely with design and engineering to ensure the product is built according to requirements

• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure product delivery aligns with business goals

• Facilitate product discussions and support Agile/Scrum processes when needed

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth product implementation

• Monitor product performance and continuously improve features based on feedback and operational needs
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner

• Strong ability to define and document product requirements (PRD, FSD, workflows, logic)

• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum framework and ability to work with sprint cycles

• Able to manage product backlog, priorities, and cross-team collaboration

• Comfortable working with complex or operational systems (SaaS / dashboards / operational tools)

• Strong communication skills to bridge business, operations, and engineering teams

• Able to coordinate product implementation and operational rollout

• Understanding of APIs, dara models, and platform architecture is a plus

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, ERP or other SAAS platform is a strong plus

• Must include a portfolio + CV
