Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced After-Sales Service Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive after-sales training programs in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for localizing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring consistent service standards across all service centers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and establish the after-sales service training system in Indonesia in collaboration with the headquarters.
Localize and adapt training materials, service standards, and operating procedures to meet the needs of the Indonesian market.
Translate training materials and service documentation from headquarters into Bahasa Indonesia while maintaining training quality and consistency.
Work closely with service centers to identify operational challenges, frontline issues, and training needs.
Develop, record, and deliver both online and offline after-sales training programs.
Conduct training for Service Advisors (SA) and frontline after-sales staff on service procedures, customer handling, communication skills, and service excellence.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, mystery shopping, customer satisfaction surveys, and other performance evaluation methods.
Analyze training outcomes and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Prepare regular training reports and provide feedback and recommendations to headquarters.
Support the implementation of standardized after-sales service processes across all service centers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in After-Sales Service, Learning & Development, or Technical Training.
Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is highly preferred.
Strong experience in developing training materials and delivering classroom and online training.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Willing to travel to service centers across Indonesia when required.
Language Requirements
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (required).
Good command of English (required).
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
