Position: 

The candidate will be expected to be in charge in supporting and organizing ECA (including IISSAC), outreach, field trip, graduation and other school events, facility rental administration, assisting and communicating with the FoBIS, supporting Business Office general administration, and will also be expected to support the programme in other areas of the school as deemed necessary by the Athletics and Activity Director, Business Manager and Head of School. 

Reports to:  Athletics and Activity Director, Business Manager, and Head of School. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. A school representative to assist, communicate and work with the FoBIS (BIS Parents organization) for organizing the school events e.g Unity Diversity, Halloween Party, Christmas Party, and other events supported by the FoBIS.

  2. To handle clerical work related to ECA Programmes (including IISSAC), Outreach, field trip, graduation, facility rental, and other school events.

  3. To communicate with parents for ECA Programmes, Outreach and field trips, and work closely with the Finance Department for the related.

  4. To communicate with the third-party platform provider for facility rental and work closely with the Facility Manager (Business Office Manager).

  5. To maintain files related to ECA Programmes, Outreach, field trips, and graduation.

  6. To support the Business Office for general administration, and not limited to involvement in the clerical process in the Business Office. e.g., Online purchasing, etc.

  7. As a frontliner, to provide a friendly and efficient reception to all visitors and callers to BIS.

  8. To assist prospective students/parents with the school premises when necessary.

  9. Working on holidays might be required with the agreed arrangement to ensure activities and events at school run smoothly.

  10. To do other relevant jobs assigned by the ECA Coordinator, Head of School, or Business Manager.


Qualifications:

  • Good English communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Hardworking and willing to work under pressure

  • Self-motivated and proactive

  • Experience in dealing and communicating with expatriates

  • Computer literate (Windows 10/11, Office 2016/2019, Google Apps) 

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree, all major

  • Experience in a related job is preferable

  • Supportive of the BIS Vision, Mission, and Values
