Responsibility:
Promoting healthcare products, services, and solutions to potential clients using call, live chats or emails.
Driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting patients in understanding their options for health services and products.
Utilize healthcare terminology to communicate effectively with customers or clients.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand services and relay accurate information to clients.
Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication helps build trust with patients and healthcare provider.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in the system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a telemarketing role or sales role, preferably within the medical or health field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
