Requirement:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
At least 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with at least 2 years at the Manager level.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for various position levels.
Ability to develop recruitment strategies, manpower planning, and employer branding.
Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various candidate sourcing platforms.
Possesses strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and communication and negotiation skills.
Able to analyze recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, source of hire, etc.) and develop data-driven strategies.
Possesses an extensive professional network and is able to build a talent pipeline to meet business needs.
Proactive, goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
