Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in any design field; other fields considered with a relevant portfolio
• Design experience and/or upstream visual merchandising background
• Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a strong plus (used for product/merchandising visualisation and 3D design for certain comms materials)
• Fluency in spoken and written English 
• Experience in a sport, lifestyle or retail brand environment would be a strong plus
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field

Job Description:

1. Designing Layout Concepts

• Create concept plans and storyboards for retail spaces.
• Research design trends and consumer behavior to predict market needs.
• Use 3D, VR, and AI tools to test and innovate new layouts.

2. Developing Design Strategies

• Partner with merchandising teams to align layouts with business goals.
• Build and share 3D asset libraries for the team.
• Choose materials, manage design partners, and create official guideline books.

3. Managing Projects (Conception to Delivery)

• Support project managers from early prototypes to full-scale rollouts.
• Monitor design tools and coordinate with purchasing.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards, while minimizing environmental impact.
