Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in garment or textile industry is an advantage
- Good understanding of warehouse and inventory processes
- Familiar with fabric specifications, fabric lots, shades, and receiving documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming fabric shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Check fabric quantity, color, width, lot number, and other specifications
- Coordinate with QA Fabric team for fabric inspection activities
- Record and maintain accurate receiving data and inventory records
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Warehouse, Planning, and Production teams regarding fabric availability
- Ensure proper storage and traceability of received fabrics
- Support inventory control and stock accuracy initiatives
