JOB SPECIFICATION:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform application maintenance and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs.
- Provide technical support to users and address system-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test documents, and user manuals.
- Responsible for database server administration and maintenance.
- Enhance software usability, stability, performance, and security.
- Analyze and resolve software system issues through effective problem-solving and troubleshooting.
