What You Will Actually Do (Day-to-Day):
* Lead Paid Ads Strategy: Design and lead high-level Google and Meta Ads strategies specifically for healthcare businesses.
* Advanced Lead Generation: Focus heavily on lead generation campaigns that convert into actual patient bookings - this is the core of our results.
* Campaign Optimization: Actively monitor, tweak, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our clients to ensure maximum ROI.
* High-Level Reporting: Build and present clean, accurate reports that explain results, analysis, and the next action plan.
* Visual Direction: Guide our visual team to produce high-converting ad visuals to enhance your campaign perfomrmance.
The Skills You Must Have to Apply:
* Lead Gen Expertise: A proven track record in leading and executing successful lead generation campaigns is a must.
* Advanced Ad Management: You possess deep, practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Elite Reporting Skills: You are comfortable with numbers and can translate data into actionable business insights for clinic owners.
* Proof of Execution: You must show that you have managed ad accounts on a day-to-day basis, not just set them up.
* Creative Chops (Secondary): Competency in Canva and basic video editing to support your ad performance.
Logistics & Compensation:
* Location: 100% Remote (Must be available and responsive during standard WIB business hours).
* Hours: Part-Time (Around 20 hours per week to start, requiring daily check-ins).
* Compensation & Growth: Competitive base pay + clear roadmap to transition into a full-time role as the agency scales.
