A Product Marketing Manager sits at the intersection of volume-driven consumer goods and complex business-to-business sales. This role is responsible for driving brand equity and product adoption across corporate channels, wholesale distributors, and commercial buyers—such as hotel chains, restaurant groups (HoReCa), corporate offices, and major retail accounts.
Core Responsibilities:
Design and execute commercial launch plans for new products, bulk SKUs, and professional lines entering business channels.
Translate consumer product benefits into business-centric metrics, focusing on cost-per-use, operational efficiency, shelf-life, and margin profitability.
Build high-impact B2B collateral—including commercial pitch decks, product catalogs, technical data sheets, and sampling programs—to empower field sales teams.
Partner with key distribution accounts to run co-marketing campaigns, seasonal volume promotions, and wholesale trade-show activations.
Monitor B2B industry trends, track competitor pricing or rebate structures, and map the buying journeys of corporate procurement committees.
Analyze sales data, contract renewal rates, and channel margins to recommend packaging configurations (e.g., bulk packs, concentrates) tailored to business needs.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 10 years in blending fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) marketing with structured B2B or trade marketing experience.
Strong understanding of P&L management, volume-based discount tiers, rebates, distributor margins, and commercial contract structures.
Exceptional ability to build corporate-level presentations and articulate technical or commercial value to purchasing managers and executive buyers.
