Tax Executive

Job Responsibilities:

This position responsible to perform and complete an accurate and reliable tax payment, preparing reporting, and compliance within NPCT1 and tax regulation. As tax executive, this position will be handling end to end process to handle administrative tax that required by tax office/regulation/government. This position also handle tax activities such as:

• Prepare and complete the income tax payment, tax returns, and tax filling including all related analysis, written documentation and internal memoranda

• Support on Corporate Income tax calculation

• Support tax audits including responding to information document requests and notices as well as providing written correspondence and other documents.

• Prepare tax reconciliations and supporting data on monthly and yearly basis.

• Perform year-end accrual review and tax provision.

• Coordinate and communicate with other department to ensure tax related process are well adhered including to collecting supporting data related to tax reporting

• Keep update on the tax regulation, Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure proper filing of tax returns and compliance

• Implement taxation policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with company standard.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s or master’s Degree from Tax or Accounting.

• At least 3 - 4 Years of working in similar positions.

• Have a good knowledge of Indonesia Tax regulation and handle tax audit.

• Have licence of brevet A & B from reputable institution or other accounting/tax certification.

• Experienced in operating Coretax, e-SPT system as well as CIT calculation

• Preferably experience at tax consultant firm.

• Must be fluent in English.
