Job Description:
- Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead meetings and present proposals to potential clients
- Work closely with internal teams
- Develop strategies to increase sales and grow the business

- Manage the full business development process from planning to deal closing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development. Preferably in social media monitoring, media, telecom/SIP, or BPO industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of digital customer journeys and B2B solutions
- Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Strategic, target-driven, and proactive mindset
