We are looking for a motivated Indonesian to join our growing villa management company in Bali.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests during villa check-ins and check-outs.
Ensure villas are well maintained and coordinate repairs when needed.
Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
Work closely with the operations team on a variety of tasks related to villa management.
Support the daily operations of our villa rental business.
Requirements
Indonesian citizen.
Full-time position only.
Good spoken and written English.
Own a scooter and have a valid driver's license to travel between villas.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
Willing to learn and use new software such as Notion, Tally, and other digital tools.
Must currently reside in Bali. Applicants living near Canggu are preferred.
Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
