Responsibilities:
Produce engaging video content for promotion across all marketing funnels.
Analyze content performance and deliver actionable insights for improvement.
Evaluate & analyze performance of published content & give actionable insights.
Develop content ideas, scripts, and hooks aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with ads team to scale winning content and optimize results.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation.
Comfortable and expressive on camera, with a natural on-screen presence.
Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, makeup trends in Indonesia, and good understanding of Gen Z preferences.
Able to seamlessly translate TikTok trends into brand voice and product messaging.
Fast-adapting and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Capable of executing creative ideas efficiently.
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (09.00-17.00) Saturday (08.30-13.00)
