Key Responsibilities
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems are implemented consistently across all locations in compliance with labor laws.
Supervise HR administration including employee data, payroll, contracts, BPJS, attendance, and personnel documentation.
Develop and execute Industrial Relations (IR) strategies to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to site HR teams in handling employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain constructive relationships with labor unions and government labor offices.
Coordinate with Head HR and management on HR planning, performance management, and people development initiatives.
Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, manpower cost, IR cases) to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably within plantation, agribusiness, or labor-intensive industries.
Strong exposure and proven track record in Industrial Relations (IR), including handling unions and labor law matters.
Solid understanding of Indonesia’s labor laws and regulations.
Experienced in managing multi-site HR operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, firm, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel to plantation sites periodically.
