Qualifications
- Available join immediately
- Minimum 1-year experience in Sales Administration, Customer Support, or related field
- Min. SMA/SMK in related major (Business Administration / Management preferred)
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
- Has excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is a plus
- Good appearance and love sports (is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple departments
- Based in Bali
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, including preparing quotations, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Mastering the company’s product knowledge (programs, packages, events) to assist clients with accurate information.
- Responds to incoming sales inquiries via email, whatsapp, and phone calls; filtering leads and directing them to the appropriate Sales Representative.
- Manages and updates the customer database (CRM) to ensure all client information, leads, and interaction logs are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assists in scheduling meetings, court bookings for trials, and facility tours for potential clients on behalf of Sales Managers.
- Coordinates with the Finance department to process invoices, track incoming payments, and ensure timely renewal of memberships or packages.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets and identify trends.
- Follows up with existing clients regarding upcoming renewals, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Assists with the organization and execution of sales events, tournaments, and promotional campaigns at the facility.
- Addresses client administrative concerns (e.g., contract questions, freeze requests) promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to the Sales Manager when necessary.
- Actively hunt for new clients (corporate, schools, and individuals) to generate new sales revenue and expand the customer base.
