We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and contribute to the continued success of our projects.
The Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Responsibilities include preparing sales reports, tracking leads, coordinating with clients, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will also help manage the sales pipeline, maintain client databases, and provide general office support as needed. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Assistant will be a vital part of our team, contributing to the growth and success of The Paralian Uluwatu's expanding portfolio.
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated female candidate with an Associate Degree or equivalent. Candidates should have a solid understanding of sales analysis, sales and marketing principles, B2C and B2B sales, and effective communication skills. Experience in sales management, Salesforce, sales operations, and office administration is highly beneficial. While specific experience is valued, we also look for candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about working in the real estate industry.
